Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at help@colorbliss.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

2. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, violent, or that exploits minors.
• Upload photos or prompts that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service or its underlying AI providers.
• Use the Service to build a competing AI coloring page generator or to train other machine learning models.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to your account without our written permission.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• Plans: Paid plans are described on our pricing page and may include monthly or annual billing cycles, generation limits, and feature entitlements.
• Billing: Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current rate until you cancel.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Price changes: We may change prices for future billing periods. We will give reasonable advance notice and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue prorated or goodwill refunds — contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a review.
• Taxes: Listed prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout where required.
• Failed payments: If a charge fails, we may suspend paid features until the balance is resolved.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

The Service, including its software, design, logos, text, prompt libraries, and free coloring page collections, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Your Inputs

You retain ownership of the prompts, photos, and other materials you submit ("Inputs"). You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your Inputs and that they do not violate these Terms or any applicable law. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your Inputs as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

4.3 Generated Pages

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you own the coloring pages generated from your Inputs ("Outputs") to the extent permitted by law. Personal use is always allowed. Commercial use (including selling, printing in volume, or redistributing Outputs) is permitted only on plans that explicitly include a commercial use entitlement; check your plan on the pricing page.

Because AI models can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee that any Output is unique or free of similarity to other works. You are responsible for confirming that your use of an Output does not infringe third-party rights.

4.4 Feedback

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI model providers, payment processors, analytics, and hosting). Their availability and behavior are outside our control, and your use of any third-party links or integrations is at your own risk and subject to those providers' own terms.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Service Availability & Changes

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also impose reasonable usage limits to protect Service quality for all users.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

We do not warrant that Outputs will meet your expectations, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular purpose, including educational, therapeutic, or commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL COLORING PAGE MAKER, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Coloring Page Maker and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an in-app message or email). Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
